On Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 5:44 PM Larry Visoski c wrote: Jeffrey, Russell Wilson (Seattle SeaHawks quarterback) is calling Gary non-Stop since his viewing yesterday. He wants your GIV. Here is the dilemma, according to Russell. Russell wants to sign his new contract with Seattle SeaHawks before letting the media and his team know that he is Purchasing a Plane, he is concerned it will effect his contract negotiations for some reason?? Russell is asking for a way to lock up the plane until his deal is signed, could be 2 weeks, or 2 months or more. He took many photos and video during the flight, with his Wife or girlfriend Ciara, (she's a fairly popular singer). I truely think, he will perform after he signs his contract. Gary and I thought of a creative contract, to lock him in. ***Since CPDLC FanslA is required on the GIV by 2020 for North Atlantic and Europe operations. This is the major reason, we are not getting more offers on the GIV. Here is what I'm thinking: 1-Purchase Price of $3.2M 2-Russell pays $16,000 per month for Rolls Royce Corperate Care for the engine program. 3-Russell pays for the CPDLC Fans IA installation, (I will get quotes for this install, Gulfstream Factory has the highest price solution, since we have to update the FMS's from 5.2 Software to 6.1, that price alone is estimated at $178k) then upgrade to the FMS and GPS antenna, in the area of $500k) guessing. (There are other options to install CPDLC FanslA from other Avionics company's, such as Kaiser Aviation and Clay Lacy, I've heard these solutions are more reasonable in cost, since they remove one of our 3 HoneyWell FMS's box and install a Universal FMS, like we use to have in the B727 and GLIB. I've heard complete install pricing for CPDLC in the $300k area, I will have to acquire accurate quotes on Monday. If we Get Russell to pay for the CPDLC at $300k non-refundable, and continues to pay for the Rolls Royce Corperate Care at $16k per month, we can put a time limit, for 60 days, after that, if his football contract isn't signed, he must put up another $300k to extend for 60 days, Non-refundable. If he doesn't perform after this time and Walks away, we have a much more valuable GIV to market,. 4- I received a quote in Palm Beach of $28k to repair all the veneer in the Galley as well, Russell must pay the veneer repair, while CPDLC is being installed, we can include this as part of the deal,. To recap: 1-Purchase price $3.2M 2-Buyer pays for CPDLC Fans1 A upgrade, Non-refundable $300k 3-Buyer pays for the Rolls Royce converge at $16k per month. 4-Buyer pays for the veneer repair, $28k 5- if Buyer performs at closing, we subtract the above amounts,. 6-Buyer has 60 days to close, otherwise must put up another $300k non refundable.
