I took some time offline for my birthday, and I'm about to take another week off for a meditation retreat. Currently in Boston, just spoke at a trauma conference here at the workshop on neurofeedback and tech for trauma. The tech I've been looking at related to "body-based machines," fits into this area. I've mostly been focused on looking at devices that have some effect on autonomic resilience and embodiment. Not sure if you have any interest in that sort of thing. I wonder if Joi has introduced you to our friend, Fiorenzo Omenetto. His work is interesting and he's been trying to figure out how to create a business around it. Several companies have spun out from his lab. Joi has probably already introduced you to Brian Forde at the Media Lab - he's the new head of the Digital Currency Initiative.
