Tom has rebid this 4 time now. • There is no cement here • There is no rock here, we used the last at 5 palms • There is only enough wood on property to to 30% of framing, apparently Brian had discarded some. • There is only enough rebar to do around 1/3 pad. There is no wire mesh. • Site costs, material to raise vault, and two man holes. Suggest you look at pictures. They are now below grade • All carpenters are busy this week finishing projects. 5 Palms floor comes first. Plus mirrors, plus pergolas, plus dock I had suggested we do this project in Late June when Tim was back from vacation. You wanted it done ASAP. If you want it done now Tom needs the labor.
