Smith Viltozor LLP 250 West 55th Street. 30th Floor New York. NY 10019 SMITH VI LLAZOR www.smithvittozoLcom November 26, 2021 BY E-MAIL to The Honorable Alison J. Nathan United States District Judge Southern District of New York 40 Foley Square New York, New York 10007 Re: United States v. Maxwell. No. 20 Cr. 330 Dear Judge Nathan: On behalf of non-part the independent administrator of the Epstein Victims' Compensation Program, and in accordance with the Court's memo-endorsement of our November 23, 2021 letter, we are making a second production to the Court of documents responsive to defendant Maxwell's subpoena. In the interest of providing these documents to the Court as soon as possible, we have posted them to a secure FTP site, and we are sending the credentials to Chambers in a separate email. Where we identified information relating to the four individuals identified in the subpoena that is subject to redaction under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 49.1(a), we redacted such information. In a limited number of instances, we also redacted other information that we believe would reveal the identities of other claimants and their participation in the EVCP. Where we applied redactions to the materials in this production, the redactions are shown in red. To the extent the materials contain other redactions, that is how they were provided to the EVCP. We will make another production as soon as possible. We are available should the Court have any questions. Respectfully submitted, CM. • 1 11=MIIIME EFTA00102361
