But in general, Mr. Epstein likes to have small fresh snacks with protein around at most times. As for proper meals, he usually likes dishes with chicken, beef, eggs. For example, lately he seems to like chicken parmesan with a side of string beans. He also likes steak, beef stew, pasta, good calf's liver with caramelized onions, For a late morning meal - things like eggs over easy with potatoes or cheese omelette with toast. He also likes to have some fresh cookies or some other small freshly made sweets around and also various nuts, like pistachios, cashews, macadamia and walnuts. These are just a few suggestions. I am sure as a chef, you will have many more ideas. And I will be happy to discuss any questions you might have. Thank you!
