Jeffrey,

Here's how we can do that.
1. We pick 12 people for the start. Say 6 guys, 6 girls=
For example Samantha, Katya, Jay, Neil=and I'll show you more candidates.
<=pan>2. Gathering them every 3 months or more often. We can start in the
be=ging of February so people can put it in the schedules.
=div>
For every new gathering we'= ask first attendees to nominate new people and
select 2-3 best. Some peop=e can also be excluded. We can grow it up to 15-20 people at =e first year.
3. We discuss some globa= topics so people fill like they participate in designing
the future. We c=n also invite one additional person who's an expert on the topic.<=span>
Idea #1
We discuss state of scie=ce, fundamental and social, what kind of research they
do, what it brings =o the world and how world change under its influence. Invite scientists on=topic to speak + make
commentaries on them + follow with discussion <=r/>
Idea #2
United Nations has sus=ainable development goals document —
https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-developme=t-goals/
<https:=/www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/> .
Every participant can:
- give=their idea on how they would enhance this document;
off=r their approach to solve one of the sustainable development goals listed
=n the document.
Speak for 10-15 min on =oth topics
Idea #34>=A0
We can discuss the key global problems. Say — =ould it be crises/not? What's
happening with climate change? Is AI=a threat? Etc
Idea #4
TBD
<=iv>
At the end of year we can do 2-3 days event/retreat in = beautiful place so
everyone get to know each other even better.

Between the sessions we can read a few books on part=cular topic every time
and then discuss it all together.

In a year we'd have a solid group of 20 young peop=e educated and
knowledgeable on the world's global problems, trend= and opportunities.
This would look like s=mething between an informal think tank and salon. This
group can be used t= run through it any ideas/policies that can influence society on internati=nal level. Positioning:
something like a global young intellectual elite g=oup.
We don't have to say that, we can give a sens= of it.
Would they really become this elite or not 4,=94 depends on them.
Global thinking, curiosity, =ast career growth would be a criteria for each of
them.

What do you think?
