I am sorry that this seems complicated. In New York apartment rentals usually require quite a bit of
paperwork, even if the rent is prepaid. Usually a bank reference, employment, income verification and credit check are
standard. The reason is the law in new york prevents the landlord from evicting the tenant. For example if the tenant
chooses to stay on premises for months after the lease, the landlord can not enter the premises or force the tenant out,
he has to wait for the courts to make a decision.
I hope you understand that the questions Paolo is asking are not personal but standard new york
procedure. I spoke with him and he said he is comfortable with a reference letter from Jeffrey and he will present it to
owners and see if they will accept. Please allow me to contact Jeffrey on your behalf.

The owners for 10 West Agreed to do 30 days minimum for 19,000. The broker agreed
to half a month commission of 9,500 plus the owners require a one month security deposit of 19000 refundable when
you leave.
Another option is 22 Terrace. I could give you a discount and charge a commission of
3500.
In order to proceed, the landlord will need your full name, your billing address and a
form of payment for phone calls, incidentals and other room service charges. After I provide the landlord with the
information above, they will send me a credit card form, I'd verification requirements and the booking form to secure
the apartment.
