We have a secret list . The list consists of female names. We will not share these names with you. You will agree to waive civil liability to all the names on the list, before you are allowed to see them. We feel free to add additional names even after you agree to the original list. If you do not agree to this, we will prosecute you for crimes with mandatory minimums of 10 years. You will not attempt to contact these females, either directly or indirectly except through an attorney we choose. We will only disclose these names to you once you are in jail, and not a day before. You will be also required to hire an attorney, of our choosing to represent each female, and if they choose to sue you, you will be required to pay their attorneys fees. These fees to date are over 2.3 million dollars. You will be billed and required to pay as part of those fees, over 800 thousand dollars to a current sitting state attorney that will not resign his/her responsibilities, for the representation of some of the very same females that we will require you to agree were victims of a specified state crime though we will not share the details of their allegations or the alleged EFTA00584145 crime, with you, your attorneys nor even the state attorney himself. After the state jail sentence is complete, if one of the females brings litigation, should you file a motion to dismiss the litigation, whether or not their cases are plead in accordance with this agreement, we reserve the right to EFTA00584146 prosecute you for certain fed crimes with mandatory minimums. If you challenge their assertions , we reserve the right to prosecute you. If you do not settle cases with people though you may claim you never had any contact with them whatsoever, we reserve the right to prosecute you. You will agree with the State , not the federal government that you will serve state jail time, but if you request the same treatment as other state prisoners. We reserve the right to initiate prosecution.
