All Divisions. Finish cleaning out all division work spaces. Carpentry. — Complete install of LSJ tiki ceiling. Install FP Pool Temporary Countertop. Replace coral stone by Chillax Bath. Repair Cabana 4 from a/c repairs. Replacement of collapsed retaining wall at LSJ nursery near completion. Hinge replacements and rust removal. New bath mirrors installed — required sink faucet removed in chillax, lights taken down and put back up in all and tile adjustment for one. Electrical. LSJ Tiki lights in. FP Pool awning adjusted. New speakers in theater room installed. Replaced pool pump and lighting. Remove faucet for mirror install — Chillax bath for mirror install. Permanent electric to LSJ dock. Repaired leak in storage room below Cabana 2. Lights removed- beach. Engineering. Pressure wash karts, rock crusher, car mixer. Clean back rooms of wreck shop. Change attachment on lull JLG. Continue work on ambulance. Parts order w/Daphne. Repair water tank. Assist w/barge runs (water truck to GSJ, etc.), haul away old mule, batteries, locate tech- ambulance. Assist w/removal — light generators from beach. Heavy Equipment. Lay and set GSJ septic. Apron work of dock to protect intake pipe. Reinstated boat ramp (ready for Elderfield). Grated LSJ roads. Dug holes for turpentines. Assisted in transplanting. Four done. Housekeeping. In additional to usual rounds - GSJ and LSJ, assist with spraying, sweeping walkways. Staff cottage and Sam's. Take down Theater room for speaker install, clean and put room back. Landscaping. Worked with Boschulte overall landscaping, improvements. Moved four turpentines. String Lights down from MC Palms. Carried off scrap wood — nursery wall. Stone lining along roads. Clean road grates. Marine. Nautica back from BVI. Tubes close to finished for Sportis. Nanna is only boat stored on GSJ, goes into the water this week in prep for principal arrival. Ferry service is down for maintenance next week. Barge will do morning and afternoon crew runs until further notice. Possible New York trip for new barge lead. Painters. Painted walls and epoxied floors — Painting and Carpentry divisions. Continued paint splatter removal at MC. Painted patched area in Cabana 4. Painted storage room and floor — Cabana 2. Pool grates painted and installed. EFTA01028890 RO/Maintenance. Work w/Gemini. Flush system. Routine maintenance, pools. Contractors on island this past week: Boschulte - landscaping Reefco — repairs and maintenance Gemini - RO EB - GSJ Grand Design - Countertops Danny - MC Pool Wall (capped top of wall — MC, making strong progress) Many thanks to all for all the hard work. Other Notes: • No Work or Workers on GSJ Monday (02/04) — Wednesday (02/06) per principal • Cabinet top for FP Pool damaged by heavy equipment while relocating from cabanas to FPPool area; project stalled, need clarification if we will move forward w this company or find someone else. • Received Premium and Diesel fuel • Trash removal on both islands • Mr. Eli and co. to begin concrete road projects in coming week. • GSJ septic in place — ready for JPK. • Copying other division/project leads so can add information I might have missed. • Please note new work cell number: Stephanie Remington LSJE, LLC EFTA01028891
