The undersigned respectfully submits this letter to further explain why Government
counsel in the above-referenced case would not be available for trial between September 2021 and
February 2022. In addition to the previously scheduled trials referenced in the Government's
publicly filed letter of today's date, the undersigned will be unavailable for personal reasons.
Specifically,
Although it is possible that the undersigned may be able to return to work earlier than March 2022,
it will not be possible for the undersigned to participate in any trial scheduled to begin before
January 2022.
