This is the meeting where they vote on new committee members as well as attend to other business. He apologized for not getting back to me quickly re: the application. He indicated that the Executive Committee had determined that they should first take a vote on whether to even proceed with the application in light of the issues in JEE's background. (which probably explains why rohrlick was not rushing to set up a call). The particular concern was JEE's registration as a sexual offender. David said one of the concerns that had been voiced was that it may conflict with the "guiding principles" of the RT Park. I've attached the guiding principles for you to review and I am not very sure what they are talking about — unless he is referencing the GP — KYC policies which requires a selection of tenants that are consistent with maintaining and promoting a reputation and image of a prestigious University Park. David is glad that I am attending. He did indicate that he would advise the Board that I was attending and that I would be available to answer any questions they had about JEE. Of course, this is difficult based upon not knowing what is in the background report — but I have a very good grasp on what we have provided and what is out there in the virtual universe but I would like to focus on being prepared for that — I also have a fairly good handle on what JEE can bring to the program based upon his past record in the VI Below is the list of the Board of Directors and it would be helpful to me if you could review and let me know if you know any of these people or have had any dealings with them. Also — in response to my question about the status of the application in light of their decision to vote solely on whether the application could proceed in light of the background investigation — David indicated that he has the ability to call a meeting on little advance notice to proceed on an application. So assuming a favorable response — we could be before the board on a week or so for a decision on the application. Directors Dr. William DeLone.
