She said last night she has called the FBI, SEC, etc., but they told her was civil matter because she did not know about all other people he has done this to. Said she is going to talk with her lawyer about what to do now that she knows are other victims of same scams. (I know her lawyer well. Good guy and a friend.) Roland is the guy you called long time ago--he owns Citrus Co. property with Mike and supposedly me. Mike told him he'd deed the entire property to Roland and that I had given up any claim to it. Roland said it sounded untrue beut he did not confront. Said he knows this is worthless deal because Mike borrowed and owes $400,000.00 on it, so is basically worthless. Roland is real estate broker and said he will list Reo Lane/PNC property. Said Mike asked him about it and he said he would, but Mike said he might have a deal 1st.
