I don't think you should bring up a=y special considerations (health, house, anything). The urgency has =o do with the taxes, and there is no reason for Max or Harry to have any e=aborate explanation of why we need the money. When mone= was being withdrawn regularly from my IRA to pay taxes and management fee= for the entire estate, neither Max nor anyone else asked for an explanati=n or a financial review of the beneficiaries, or any account of how money =rom the trusts was being used (not for or by me). The withdrawal fro= the IRA for taxes and management fees for the entire estate was just done= There are even stronger reasons to keep to that procedure in the pr=sent case, since I am simply asking for tax payments from funds that I sho=ld have full access to. Doesn't seem to me th=t anything is needed beyond that.
