case and the requestor was referred to NY. However, the case (31E-MM-108062) referenced in the original email
request below from I MD is a case assigned to PB-2.
Please review and provide a response directly t t IMD in regards to the FOIA request referenced in
mail dated August 11, 2020. I do apologize for the short notice, but a response is due to IMO by Tuesday
August 18 2020. Your response needs to be approved by your ASAC prior to being sent to IMD. Please copy A/CDC

I am processing a FOIPA request and the subject is Jeffrey Epstein.
The requester's name • In searching the Bureau's indices, the following file was located and
determined responsive to the subject o this FOIPA request. It is RIDS policy to notify the CDC and Case Agent to
ensure all pending investigations are handled appropriately.

to this FOIPA request. Below you will find RIDS standard questions for handling pending cases. We request your
