pursuant to a proffer agreement at west Palm Beach,
Florida. Present for the interview was attorney
along with AUSA III, AUSA- and Special Agent
- . After being advised of the identities of the above listed
individuals and the nature of the interview, provided the following
information:

spoke about two messages she recalled writing down. One of which
had identifier SA03008 on the message pad dated 4/1/05. This message was
from JEAN LUC BRUNEL and read, He has a teacher for you to teach you how to
speak Russian. She is 2x8 years old not blonde. Lessons are free and you can
have let today if you call.' knew this to mean it referenced a
teenage girl. wrote this message. GHISLAINE MAXWELL was in the
house and stated, "Oh, this is a funny message". Either MAXWELL made
rewrite it or MAXWELL rewrote it herself. The message meant that
there was a potential teenage girl for EPSTEIN to meet.

The other message had identifier SA01446 on the message pad dated
2/28/05. This message referenced school. remembered taking this
call. did not know the name, but knew the call was in reference to
scheduling a massage.

would have used the initial lir' when initialing her name back
then.

saw on Twitter that ALAN DERSHOWIII stated that he was with his
wife and kids when he was at EPSTEIN's home. not nEnstioNTT/ and ha
was alone in the house with no wife and no kid, when he received a massage.

was shown a series of copies of messages and asked about her
recollection of each, all of which are attached in a 1A.

INDYKE, as one of EPSTEIN's attorneys in New York. recognized the

on them as well. There were also notepads with "Little St. James" or
"Little St. Jeff" on them. The name " ' on the notepad could have been
a girl who massaged EPSTEIN. remembered wanting to speak to
EPSTEIN about college.

Both EPSTEIN and NAXWELL's stationary was in different places throughout
the houses. MAXWELL's stationary was by a large desk that she used or was
in an area near the computer.

When in New York preparing to travel to Palm Beach, would be the
one who would primarily call to schedule massages. gave a
list of things to do. EPSTEIN wanted to confirm the night before or
the morning of a scheduled massage. EPSTEIN would be in front of the
computer in Palm Beach or his island when he gave a list of things
to do and people to call. Sometimes EPSTEIN would let sit on
meetings and LESLEY GROFF would be there in New York.

was trained on how to make calls from reported

Beach, the desk was in the living room near the bookshelf. EPSTEIN had a
cabana desk.

was given $1000 in petty cash. had to type up a report
to account for it. then gave this report to the accountant.

had a feeling that she had knowledge that both girls, the one who
brought the girl and the one who gave the massage, were both paid.
did not remember exactly though.

recalled there were two girls named IIII, one in Palm Beach and
one in Florida. The IIII in Palm Beach stayed around more. IIII and a girl
named would often stay behind and chat. IIII brought another
friend, who thought was named . This friend was into
photography and brought a flower picture. IIII talked with DAVID
COPPERFIELD once. IIII would chat with EPSTEIN. , and
EPSTEIN would also be in the kitchen. IIII was trying to get into college
in using a SAT tutor. When was working in the New York office in
MAXWELL's townhouse, was told to look into it getting IIII a tutor.
needed to buy books for IIII or her friend and ship them. The books
did not arrive in time and EPSTEIN became really upset with . When
was on the island, there was a stationary computer she used and saw
a quick glance of the Palm Beach social media.

EPSTEIN gave books to . These books included Women are from
Venus, Men are from Mars, Stocks for Dummies, and a book about a woman's
cycle and body. gave a book called Story of Old.
recalled being in a BARNES AND NOBLE with EPSTEIN in New York and Palm
Beach. could have picked books up when ordering.

In Palm Beach, when girls stayed and talked, they also received
adjustments from a female chiropractor.

In New York, remembered a girl named known to law
enforcement as who was a model with a good agency.
showed shoes she received from EPSTEIN as a gift. would come
and see EPSTEIN. thought was a model around 17 years
old. traveled to New Mexico and Palm Beach.

recalled a time where LARRY SUMMERS was visiting at the time in
EPSTEIN's New York house. There was a very long meeting with EPSTEIN in the
upstairs living room. was helping serve drinks and food.
recalled being in EPSTEIN's New York house in the waiting room, which was to

dressed as though she had come from an event. told that
she was looking for girls for EPSTEIN. also helped find a chef and
said they found pornography or something similar.

recalled a time where PRINCE ANDREW had breakfast with EPSTEIN.
There was a young ballerina dancer that curtsied when EPSTEIN introduced her
to PRINCE ANDREW. thought this girl was introduced by , but
was not sure.

had a sexual encounter with EPSTEIN and was
going to the GYN and the GYN asked about sexual partners. In the car,
told EPSTEIN and and told that she had to
disclose. said something like, "What about all of the girls that
Jeffrey has".

In New York, was always with EPSTEIN. New York was home
base. Palm Beach was home base. had a studio apartment
at 301 East 66th Street. Pilots also stayed at this location and
had an apartment at this location as well.

did not recall having meals together with EPSTEIN and others in
Palm Beach. While on the island, things were more scheduled and meals were
shared together. EPSTEIN would snack as opposed to sit down for meals. In
New York, they ate out more and when it was around six or seven in the
evening she would go home to her apartment. In Palm Beach, stayed
in EPSTEIN's house on the second floor. stayed above the garage
towards the front of the street. Occasionally, stayed in this room
too.

took photographs of cataloged all the photographs
and kept them in MAXWELL's townhouse where they worked. There was a Mac
computer with a large printer. had a laptop. had large
binders to organize the photographs. There were a lot of nude photographs
of women posing in each of his houses. thought that she had a
camera because she remembered taking photographs of EPSTEIN's
and EPSTEIN playing chess. remembered she and
taking photos at the pool, but did not remember who took the photos.

met MAXWELL because EPSTEIN tasked to buy toiletries for
guests staying at the 301 66th Street location. came to learn that
MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's former girlfriend. MAXWELL bought furniture around
the world for EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN delivered the news of MAXWELL's father's
death. MAXWELL gave instruction to house managers. remembered
seeing MAXWELL in Palm Beach and on the island, but saw her a lot more in
New York. In Palm Beach, EPSTEIN had a large bedroom with two bathrooms.
MAXWELL had her belongings in his houses and closets. MAXWELL told
to do things and tasks. did not like MAXWELL and tried to avoid
her. MAXWELL was not a nice person. MAXWELL always had the house manager
in tears. thought the house manager was from the Philippines and
had twins or kids. and worked for MAXWELL.
was an assistant who worked at the house and worked out of the
New York office. There was a setup of three desks at the office.
seemed close with MAXWELL. EPSTEIN gifted with a fur coat that was
kept at MAXWELL's house. worked for EPSTEIN. worked for
with EPSTEIN as her overall boss.

MAXWELL participated in threesomes when EPSTEIN was her boyfriend.
recalled a time in New Mexico where she traveled to a spa and
MAXWELL said, "Oh if you find a pretty girl, get her number and she can give
a massage to EPSTEIN". MAXWELL was a very strong person. recalled
a time where she traveled to Florida and her phone was not working.

In Palm Beach, called and scheduled massage appointments for
EPSTEIN. This seemed like a regular activity. In New York, GROFF scheduled
massage appointments; did not schedule in New York. EPSTEIN
received massages twice a day everyday. would also have to schedule
and confirm massage appointments. EPSTEIN would tell them that MAXWELL
could get something if they could not because MAXWELL was persuasive.

came across as condescending to . EPSTEIN would tell
how ungrateful she was in not saying thank you. EPSTEIN said
something similar to when she received a haircut and did not say thank
you to EPSTEIN. was told to tell to pack up and leave the
apartment. told EPSTEIN that she would never get an abortion and
EPSTEIN asked what if the baby had Down Syndrome or she was raped. EPSTEIN

liked to play mind games. On the island, was sick with a fever,
when EPSTEIN came in the room and said, "Wake up lazy fuck". On one of
days off, EPSTEIN left her a message and he was very upset.
EPSTEIN made her sit on the floor and do a pedicure. EPSTEIN obsessed about
putting on his eye cream; if she missed a day he would get upset.
There was a time on the island where EPSTEIN said that despite the guy being
married, he was gay. EPSTEIN said this gentleman needed to spend more time
with and . This man's wife was DIANE VON FURSTENBERG.
EPSTEIN called a Polish Nazi.

On the island and in New Mexico, along with one time in Palm Beach,
would have to give a massage and it would lead to sexual contact
with EPSTEIN. Another girl, , also gave massages.

recalled a time where the house manager, asked her to come
downstairs. EPSTEIN asked to run him a bath. was in the
room topless. touched

There was a time where was asked to travel to Boston. EPSTEIN
often went to HARVARD. thought the trip there was a short flight on
his Gulfstream. The bed was made. When there was nudity and a sexual
encounter, EPSTEIN wanted to have sex and if said no, he stopped.
Other times, was involved in the sexual encounters and
initiated them. The sexual encounters were predominantly associated with
massages. In mind she did not want to do it but went along with
it. There was a very strange situation that happened on the plane when
EPSTEIN grabbed by the neck and shook her hard. did not
remember EPSTEIN being forceful with the sexual encounters. was
20/21 years old and stated that it was consensual. EPSTEIN sometimes told
that she had massaging duty. was confused that this was
part of her role. did not see give massages.

EPSTEIN flew parents in as a surprise. was not happy
with this because he had access to her parents. At a prior time, EPSTEIN
and talked about her background and EPSTEIN had said the last
name of her grandmother. knew at this point he had done research on
her family and background.

A Department of State Agent flew on EPSTEIN's plane and asked

who all of the girls were. EPSTEIN told that she should ask IIII
about her immigration status. EPSTEIN also told her to talk to INDYKE, but
INDYKE could not help.

EPSTEIN first told that she had massage duty when they were on
his island together. could not recall how it progressed to sexual
contact. felt the sexual encounter with was planned.
initiated the contact with EPSTEIN and had
approximately five encounters with the two of them together. EPSTEIN joked
that was his gay girlfriend. There was one time where EPSTEIN was
not present and initiated sexual contact.

gave a massage. also gave a massage to a girl who
flew into the island. did not know this girl's name. met
this girl at St. Barts, where this girl was a sales associate. This girl
did not look underage to flew this girl in.

talked about a conversation with EPSTEIN in which he talked with
her about keeping men happy. took this as flirting or giving sexual
favors. did not respond.

EPSTEIN introduced the DUBINS to EPSTEIN introduced as
his cousin to them and to other people. When looked up the word
"cousin" in slang, it meant prostitute. was upset by this. She
felt that EPSTEIN was propositioning her.

There was a time where they flew into Aspen and LES WEXNER and other
girls went shopping. They gestured to and she thought they were
talking about her.

FARKAS introduced a Sultan from Dubai to EPSTEIN. was
there on the phone with and EPSTEIN telling her what to say.
lived in New York. EPSTEIN was telling her not to think about it too long.
They were going to the hotel to meet up. This was in New York. They were
all in the car with IIII driving. thought that she had met
and saw her in New York. described as Middle Eastern.

talked about a time when EPSTEIN, and with her dog,
flew into Miami. met them at a meeting point and was asked to
entertain while EPSTEIN and went somewhere else. They were all

standing in front of a building. EPSTEIN had helped with her Soho
house in Miami Beach. EPSTEIN told that she could be a real estate
agent. EPSTEIN had meet up with a developer/architect. told
that she had to drive to meet someone in Palm Beach. EPSTEIN told
that something would happen with her visa, but did not
remember everything about this. thought something had happened to
EPSTEIN's detriment. gave the number of the person she was
supposed to meet. was rushing there. JANUSZ BANASIAK and another
gentleman, PAUL, were there. They were grabbing computers and notebooks.
was to follow up with the gentleman on when to get the items back.
They were to be given to someone named and to be returned
when he was done with them. gave the computers and notebooks to
BANASIAK found more books. called PAUL or he was still there
and she gave them to him. thought that the instruction came from
because she gave the phone number. thought they then
traveled on to the island.

After this, asked to gather books on the island and to
bring them back from the island. reminded to go in all the
locations and huts. brought these items back from the island and to
New York and gave them to Sometimes when traveled to the
island she went with EPSTEIN and other times she flew from Miami to Puerto
Rico to the Virgin Islands. There was a driver that took her from the
marina by boat. gave the books to in MAXWELL's house. There
was a printout of a more recent copy. had told to shred it
in MAXWELL's house. recalled having a feeling that it was all
strange.

recalled in EPSTEIN's duffel bag he kept a tape recorder.
saw it on and turned it off. In the beginning of 2006, saw
EPSTEIN reach for the tape recorder and slip it into his bathrobe.

The initial promise EPSTEIN made to was for her to work for him,
learn things like stocks and the business world. Working for EPSTEIN was
stressful for the verbal assaults grew and she never felt good
working for him. told that she was resigning. did
not take her seriously. At the time, EPSTEIN's accountant resigned, and she
told EPSTEIN that she had resigned too. did not think EPSTEIN took
her seriously either. received calls from them in 2006.

traveled to Paris with them, where met with a former boyfriend.
then traveled to EPSTEIN asked her to go to Dubai but she
did not go. EPSTEIN told her they did not need passports, which
thought was strange.

recalled a Cuba trip where kissed FIDEL CASTRO's cheek.

was called in by INDYKE, who told her that if she ever needed
help to contact him and never talk to the police. recalled feeling
that something was off.

EPSTEIN had a tape recorder and recalled him asking if she ever
beat someone up. EPSTEIN also said to her, "Oh you don't enjoy fooling
around with and me".

recalled when EPSTEIN initiated the sexual encounters, telling
her that this is what her job was all along. felt that once EPSTEIN
flipped, she knew that she could not scream or say no. knew that
EPSTEIN had a gun by the bed. recalled feeling that she had no
where to go because she was on the island. knew EPSTEIN had guns.
EPSTEIN gave a gun once for safety purposes. remembered the
time where the gun was taken.
