Furniture Orders
For your convenience, items eligible for Unlimited Furniture Delivery are held for a single delivery, shipping when all
items on the order are available. The final charges for each shipment will be applied as each shipment releases. Tax and
shipping charges are considered estimated and will be re-calculated at the time of shipment to ensure they take into
account the most current local tax information.
Custom orders are made especially for you and ship separately. Restoration Hardware will retain a deposit for custom
orders 24 hours after order placement. With the exception of manufacturer defects or damages, this deposit cannot be
refunded upon cancellation, change, or return of your custom order.
Merchandise, freight, and tax charges will be applied to your account once an item has shipped. If you've ordered
multiple items, some items may be shipped separately without additional charges.
