Alex Omo who is currently employed as a Mechanic / auto painter resigned today
He has been offered an job working for a company in Florida.
Gary and I are requesting approval to offer Alex a wage increase from $12.00hr to $16.00 hr so as to
retain him.

At this time he is painting the wheel house of Nana, and was schedule to start on one of the Catapillar
trackhoes next week.
Secondly, Dupson who is currently employeed in the Landscaping dept has also indicated that he will be
leaving us by the end of the month.
Gary, Igala and I are recommending that we promote dupson to crew leader with a wage increase from
$10.80 to $15.00hr
He also is also a core member of the landscaping crew and of great assistance to Igala.
