EFTA00267887 11th March 2020 Jacqueline Pearce Australia Post Head Office - Strict Security Measures I am contacting you today to inform you of illegal activity concerning organised crime that has resulted in interception of mail in transit or post offices, tampering and altered mail, mail not being delivered or received, fraudulent maiVreplies written after interception of the mail. I have documented this activity over a 15 year period and involves corrupt government sources / figures, corrupt authority figures / police, medical professionals, university employee's/Adelaide University, Sweden University, lawyers, magistrates, government departments, motorcycle gangs, business advisors, friends and family members of the above. I have attached confirmation letters from Hon Steven Marshall MP and Vicki Chapman, Deputy as verification that this activity/crime has been recognised and have also provided this information to the Centrelink office in Kadina, manager Wendy, who has placed my file under security with restricted access. I am currently contacting senators and lawyers in regards to this activity and supplying the documented evidence in order to have it placed under investigation and place charges against those involved. I have attached some documents for your review and knowledge and verification to the issue and why I have made this request. I am requesting that all of my postal services be placed under a high security measure with restricted access as a precautionary measure and to ensure that the mail I send and receive is not mishandled. I am requesting as a suggestion: • An assigned case manager within head office to handle all mail services of my mail • Screening of the case manager / back ground check for connections to the named departments and individuals involved • Signature and facial recognition of the assigned case manager/courier upon each handling of the mail - sent and received • Personal courier of the mail - case manager to deliver and receive all mail • All mail to be sent from head office's from myself and replies from the recipient and only handled by head office case managers • Security seals on all parcels and letters to prevent tampering and for recognition of head office security • Collected file of information - signatures, facial recognition, addresses/recipients and senders - recipients information - senders information - dates and times sent - department • The recipient informed by head office of this procedure - security measures • Signature and facial recognition of recipient of mail • Signature and facial recognition of sender of mail, including myself • Notification to recipient of incoming mail and sender • Screening and photographic evidence of all mail - to be stored in file • SMS confirmation to my mobile phone that is verified and sighted and signed by myself in the Kadina Post office - case manager • Facial recognition of recipient to be conducted through Skype services by the manager of head office - Screenshot of recipient as a record - date and time recorded I have recently sent a package from a Sweden location addressed to Kathleen Zellner, US Attorney, Illinois which I suspect was not received as I have not received a reply - I have documented evidence of this pattern occurring when contacting authorities to expose this activity or request assistance. I request that Kathleen Zellner, US Attorney, Illinois be contacted directly by the manager of head office requesting a Skype meeting as facial recognition to confirm receivership of this package. This is organised crime on a very elaborate level and I urge that all strict security measures be put in place and adhered to.
