We compiled all of those contracts into binders for our files in May, and we would be happy to provide you wi=h a complete set for your records. There are three large three-ring =inders in a set, and I would be happy to arrange for them to be delivered =o you. Please let me know when and where you would like these delivered. We will be creating a separate=binder for all contracts we have copies of that were entered into after th= original set of binders was compiled, and we will provide you with that n=w binder as well, to be updated as new contracts are entered into. With regard to the Gift A=reement with MIT, I have attached a copy for your records. Your gift=to MIT constitutes a gift of physical materials and a license to copy, etc. for the copyright period, but does not constitute a gift of =he copyrights themselves.
