I thought AC seemed like a bold undertaking! Thanks R, also sorry Jeffrey - Yes, Abram meant May not June for
the drawings.

Hi Shelley!
The area between the pool and the projection room will be lawn i dont think we really terraces.
AC in the pool house will be a big undertaking. It is closed on one side only.

Abram:
Excellent, thank you.
I would just add the following that need to be considered:
I. Decision needs to be made on the lawned area between pool and movie theatre, is it terraced ?
2. Now it is walled in, do we keep the pool pavilion air conditioned ?
3. Master Bedroom: Shall RCI search for door samples ? (We talked about something interesting but not too
different from the library doors)
4. 71 street: Tapestries in living room need to be treated to restore moisture, when shall we consider taking
them down? (Actually Abram, can you please get me a quote on how much it will cost )
5. We noted the change in tv location in the kitchen, and it will be reflected in the next drawing.
Thanks.

cliff) is to be called a massage room (?)

Went to Etcetera Showroom (Stone Supplier) and looked at three more stones for accent walls and floor in
the Master Bathroom: Mink Marble, Siberian Marble and Honed Gray Driftwood Marble - As soon as we get
an idea on availability, RCI will send more info and photos via email. Actual Stone samples will be sent to 9
East 71st St. for review with Robert in next meeting (June 02?). At the moment Etcetera doesn't carry more
sample pieces of those stone, the pieces being sent to 71st St. will be our only samples.
Will try to Bring Shelly to another stone supplier: Artistic Tiles, as soon as they let us know that the stone
that we are interested in are ready for viewing at the wearhouse. Should be hearing from them by the end of
next week (or mid week).
Shelley: Please add more of your notes if we've missed something.
