Bob, Ike is starting to get all over me regarding obtaining a CO as quickly as possible...I told him you are going to fill out the paperwork with the town this coming Monday or Tuesday but it is a process...but how long do you think the process is truly (in your experience)? Bankwell holds back 30% of our money until they see the CO...We don't have much left we can borrow due to this, until we get the CO...the pressure is going to start...
