Since we are filing this at court's request, I was thinking of filing a notice to appear as amicus in the low-numbered case which I think will let me e-file and, if I understand Judge Marra's Order, it also will result in service on all of the plaintiffs lawyers. Do you think that will work or should we just do traditional (paper) filing? Thanks. EFTA00213022
