I had one person at the visa agency advise this document will be fine and another person state we should have a document for each individual traveling out of caution. I really don't know what is best, but if we could get our hands on this first document you have so kindly put together and Jeffrey decides he is comfortable having his assistants apply with this, we can do so. It can take up to 15 business days to obtain a Japanese visa. (However we can also pay to expedite the process which I am sure we will do) I would greatly appreciate it.
