Please review the attached memorandum outlining the procedures we should follow in connection with the premium payment. Please Note that the premium ins Due October 28th and Samantha is following up with Frank Crystal & Co. to get a new invoice with the correct amount to be paid. Accounting should also follow the attached procedures with respect to this payment. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the procedures.
