However, as David explained, he suggested to Southern Trust that they replace the air handlers and duct work, or this will be only a tempor=ry solution. David also stated the any roof leaks were taken care of even =efore my tenure here. I would propose that southern Trust have the necessa=y corrections made to the air-conditioning system, then after that we can have the mold portion completed and replace=any damaged ceiling tiles.
