Just wanted to give you a quick update on the process. We have about 8 part=es that we have previewed the
transaction with who have executed an NDA an= are beginning their diligence. We have set October 24th as the date to
re=eive bids. Edgar will be speaking with the potential buyers and providing insight into the portfolio as part=of the
diligence process.
I have one additional request for you - can you provide me with the 6/30 qu=rterly report and financial
statement? I know we have your capital account=already, but need these documents as well.
