Not only is he not required to confer with Harry, doing so gives Harry a voice that the trust prohibits him from having. Perhaps I should give Max a call to explore why he believes he needs to get Harry on board with the decisions, and that might help the situation. I can also write him a letter with regard to my interpretation of the trust terms. All he is required to do is to consider the interests of the remainder beneficiaries, not obey them.
