It is interesting that=their treatment of addresses is one-sided:
Addres= == "identifier that represents=a potential destination for a digital currency transfer"; can be adde= to their
blacklist. But what about *sources?
For almost all digital currencies it is true then when receiving a paym=nt you know source address in addition to the
destination one. But not all=-- there are currencies where the recipient does not=learn the source address (and thus
can't cross-check against any black=ists).
