After being advised of the identity of the interviewing FBI Special Agent and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: I met JEFFREY EPSTEIN through her had met EPSTEIN through a friend, knew through school. first met EPSTEIN at his office on Madison and 51st street. had told EPSTEIN about EPSTEIN had offered to help advised that she was 90 sure EPSTEIN brought up her a e. was 17 years old when she first met EPSTEIN at his office in The first time went to EPSTEIN's New York residence (located on 71st street in Manhattan) she was 18 years old. went to EPSTEIN's residence with her sister, . EPSTEIN promised her he would help her remained downstairs at EPSTEIN'S residence while was in the massage room. went back to EPSTEIN's New York residence on three or four more occasions. On the second and/or third occasion EPSTEIN asked to pinch his nipples, was asked to be topless and EPSTEIN masturbated during the massages. EPSTEIN invited and to go with him to his private island. thought it would just be a vacation. had only flown before when she was approximately 5 years old. advised this trip was 2-5 day and took place in approximately October of 2007. While on the island was eating with in the kitchen when was sent away for a task. EPSTEIN took to a bedroom, thought she would be giving EPSTEIN as massage. was on top of EPSTEIN and EPSTEIN forcibly had sex with her. stated that it was not consensual, she was scared, uncomfortable and was sore when she left the room. told EPSTEIN that she "did not want to do that" after the incident. recalled hearing yelling for her. believed there were two housekeepers in the home at the time. did not tell her , until approximately one month after the assault (November or December of 2007). told that she had told EPSTEIN not to hurt her. confronted EPSTEIN and EPSTEIN gave and approximately $9500 in cash to go shopping. also recalled getting a large box of chocolates delivered to her from EPSTEIN after she returned from the first trip to his island. also received a Canon digital camera from EPSTEIN while on her first trip to his island. advised that EPSTEIN did not like being photographed and she took that as he didn't want any photos taken on the island. On this first trip took one photo from the beach of the island looking out to the ocean. At the end of 2007 or early 2008, recalls receiving cashmere pajamas from EPSTEIN through his assistant LESLIE (known to the FBI as LESLIE GROFF). Approximately 1-2 weeks after returning from the island, returned to EPSTEIN's New York residence for a massage. The wand was rechargeable and cordless when in use. and EPSTEIN had sexual intercourse approximately ten times. After the first 3-4 times began to believe that EPSTEIN cared for her. advised that the first 3-4 times did not feel consensual. EPSTEIN never asked for consent. was shy and did not know how to stand up to a man at that time. stated that EPSTEIN "basically took my virginity." does not remember telling anyone besides about the sexual assault on Epstein's island. massaged EPSTEIN on and off for approximately 2 years, from 2007 to mid 2009. also ran errands for EPSTEIN from time to time. EPSTEIN would pay $200-300 for massages and $100 for errands. EPSTEIN would say "this is for you" when he paid after a massage. never knew if she was at EPSTEIN's residence for a massage. Once at his residence, EPSTEIN would tell her to come with him and sometimes he would take her to his office and other times to his massage room. The appointments were usually schedule by GROFF. From approximately would clean EPSTEIN's New York 71st street residence. recalled always seeing different women in EPSTEIN's residence. kept in touch with EPSTEIN because she hoped he would help GROFF was EPSTEIN's secretary, she manages phone calls and e-mails. GROFF worked in the "oval office" located to the left of the entrance of EPSTEIN's New York 71st street residence. was a woman from III" that would sometimes cover for GROFF and run errands for EPSTEIN. (Known to the FBI as first came to know him. worked as EPSTEIN's assistant when communicated with via phone calls and possibly e-mails. changed her last names after she got married in approximately advised she was in the room when and EPSTEIN discussed him paying for name change. was also involved with EPSTEIN. recalled having phone calls and sending text messages with advised that recruited the most people for EPSTEIN. recalled a Russian or Ukrainian model, that was a few years older than , and a woman named to be at EPSTEIN's residence during this time period. knew to be EPSTEIN's girlfriend at the time. After EPSTEIN was in custody, someone reached out to and asked her to travel to Florida to work in his office. traveled to Florida by herself. advised that EPSTEIN worked out of an office that had an officer guard on site. The office space had approximately 3 rooms and a kitchen. One of the rooms had a couch or futon on the floor. was in Florida at the same time was there. was there for approximately 4 days. On one occasion EPSTEIN invited and into the room with a futon where he was watching the television show 24. EPSTEIN then had and massage him while they were topless, he asked them to pinch his nipples and he masturbated. This happened once with and once with just recalled the door being closed. The officer on site would mostly stay in a small room near the front entrance. did not recall if she traveled to Florida more than one time. advised EPSTEIN had an ankle monitor on. did answer calls and did general office work while she was at EPSTEIN's office in Florida. advised that she didn't recall the exact amount she was paid, but believed it to be no more than $500 for the days she was in Florida. In EPSTEIN got in touch with and asked her to meet with him at his 71st Street residence. When arrived EPSTEIN was there with a woman named . EPSTEIN asked if she would marry in order for , who was Russian, to remain the United States. EPSTEIN offered $10,000. At first thought it was a joke and asked EPSTEIN why he was asking her and not a man. EPSTEIN told her it would seem less fake if it was two women. EPSTEIN told she was the only person he trusted to do this. told that her life was bad in Russia and that her mother had been abusive. asked to think about it. Approximately 1-2 weeks after that meeting, EPSTEIN called to find out her decision. [AGENT NOTE: advised she would search her e-mail and provide any and all corespondence between her and Epstein]. EPSTEIN told that he had already helped her out. EPSTEIN had paid for to have a , which at the time did not believe was part of his payment for her marriage to never received the second payment of $10,000. advised the first $10,000 was given to her in cash and she did not deposit any large amount into any bank account. was in touch with via text message approximately 5 weeks ago. provided with money to help pay for her schooling. told that she not in touch with EPSTEIN.
