Now he already glued me teeth and they became more straight and stand on their places Also we need to take off the nerve out of the tooth, clear the nerve channel for peel off the half of the tooth, to make space for moving tooth to the right centre As previously he wanted to take it out, now he recognized that if he will take it out, it will be too much space there and the outcome was to take out and kill a nerve, cut the half of a tooth and move them to the right one by one. And one metall mechanism needed for that. to keep the hole open, to not let them move. That caused the change in the price, he gave me a bill for 4800 $ , I can scan it if you ask.
