Dear Jack:

       I checked with Jack Goldberger and he is not available tomorrow for an 8:45 hearing. I
have two hearings tomorrow before Judge Keyser, one of which has been set for over two
months.

       We simple are not available for an 8:45 hearing tomorrow. Jack Goldberger and I are
both available Tuesday, April 15th and we would be happy to accommodate you and have the
hearing on that date.
