Subject: PEOPLE mag request: Prince Andrew investigation
My name is Elaine Aradillas and I am a reporter at PEOPLE magazine based in New York.
On Saturday, the BBC will be releasing an interview with Prince Andrew who will be discussing his relationship with Jeffrey
Epstein.
I have a few questions I hope you can answer:
Can Prince Andrew ever be charged for sexual abuse allegations made against him in 2001?
states she was forced to have sex with him three times, including once in New York and once in the U.S.
Virgin Islands. I understand that the state of Florida struck down her allegations as "Immaterial and impertinent" in a 2015
civil case. Can those same allegations be brought to New York?
Another woman, says she was molested by Prince Andrew in New York in 2001. Does she have any
recourse?
Does the Child Victim's Act allow them to bring up charges if they want to?
Finally, is SDNY investigating cases surrounding the allegations? Are you currently investigating Ghislaine Maxwell or any
of the other women associated with Epstein?
Please feel free to elaborate on anything I may not have asked.
Sincerely,
Elaine Aradillas
