We have a few guys on site now securing the ridge cap, and several tarps are on the way. I have arranged for JPK to meet me at ST tomorrow morning. Looks like JPK will need to replace —5 ceiling tiles, but I'll make sure they do whatever it takes to make ST happy. Also, so you know, I am making it mandatory for JPK to tarp over work areas at the end of each day. Expect an update on the arrival of materials tomorrow. There is a ridge that runs N/S across the middle of the space - it looks like the cap on that ridge was not fully secured, as there are spots where it is popping up, and I was able to see daylight coming from the cap from inside the space. I made JPK aware of the incoming storm on Thursday, and they spent the better half of the day on Friday prepping for the storm. They caulked old screws on old sections, cleaned up and secured materials, and added galvanized panels to areas they thought were questionable. On Friday they were working on the area where the leak occurred - they added galvanized panels to the areas they thought were questionable. I asked them to tarp over the questionable areas prior to leaving, but they failed to add the tarp. JPK is sending a team over now to tarp over that entire ridge, which will keep Southern Trust dry during the remainder of the storm. I have made it clear to JPK that the roof over Southern Trust is a priority to complete. Currently we have half the material needed to complete that section on property, and the other half is set to arrive on Wednesday. Should the material arrive on time, JPK will be able to complete that section in - 2 weeks. I will send another update once the roof is tarped.
