There is another l-bdrm on the 20th floor, but instead of 950 sf its only 750 sf and not in as good shape. The advantage to that apt. is the maintenance is approx. $400 less. But the seller is asking $525. $525 is out of the question, esp. when you can get a much bigger apt for less. if you want to compare them, google . or streeteasy.com I would appreciate any suggestions or advice.
