He said in adddtion to architecting the amin residence , he could do a remake of the current complex. And architect out buildings. He said he would have his office work on an idea for both.. With phut shopped presentation he showed a office compolex, a new main house , and some landscape idea.s.... Over th cause of a year ,he was paid for office plans... he never sent anyone to the sight however, and when Mr Epstien ent to see he finished prodct layed out on the sight, he realized that as drawsmn the house was unbuildinable.. there was no conseideration given for the permit restrictions, and after sepnding 259k for a sctructula enginens to submit the drawins it turned out that the house, in jps own words was unbiuildinable.. His sidekick and co—conspirator Doug Stine. Showed drawin g after drawing I, with absufdily incorrect dimentins.. In one instance he designed a spa „ however he forgpt that as drawn ,eight foot deep jacuzzi was built on the send floor, with no consideration that the tub would in factg hang into the cieiling.. He showd drawing after detailed drawing of the demaria s house and sid he and his team , had done the entire project... After two years of poor drawing.s , he took deposits on cabitnets to be mnakde in france.. we later found out that they were made in italyy.. Mr Epstein travelled nuknbersous times to Paris to see the progress of the work, each time to be told , there was some sort of mistake, and soon the canbinets, would be ready... The fraud contunied even after he was sued in californina for virally the same fraud.. Two years, millions of dollars. Plans , that were done, with no consideration for the lack of permitting opportunity.. He continually and charmingly„ ignored all the deadlines.. when confronted ,he came up with one story after another„ finally admitting that he was not an architect, and hired two architects , to come up with a design.. After being told that it was impossbible to creat a house without having been to the sight, he contined to argue that these archteiccts had his full confidence.. The plans. Were ludicrous.. unbuilkdiable„ and when confronted he adnmitteed that they had never been to the sight.. The fraud is esxtensive.. , this is not the first time he has done this..
