Thanks_ The ADIC just called me and said US Attorney Berman reached out a few minutes ago to tell
him the same thing. He expressed his concerns that this could negatively impact our efforts.

As an FYI, we were informed by SDNY that the AG has ordered that several members of the BOP staff at
MCC be suspended tomorrow.
We have a concern this may impact a staff member's willingness to be interviewed. To that end, C19, with
assistance from Branch C if needed, will be making every to get those MCC staff members interviewed today.
The priority will be those that first found Epstein unresponsive.
The BOP Union is involved, which may complicate the facilitation of the interviews.
