Begin forwarded message: From: Tony Molinaro < Subject: Re: Garage Door Date: July 22, 2014 at 8:24:09 AM EDT To: Bob, its not the stain. Its the cleaning of the doors. These door are full of saw dust on the interior, and has a white powder film on the exterior, I think some used TSP and didn't rinse properly. its possible that a good cleaning will bring back the luster out in the doors I was at that location about 3 weeks ago looking for you about the decorative studs and these doors needed cleaning then. We stained 3 jobs at the same time with the same product and had no problems, Tony Molinaro Sales Representative Overhead Door Company of Fairfield County EFTA_R1_00710312 EFTA02101725 'Broad Street Norwalk, CT 06851 03) -----Original Message----- From: Robert Caffre To: 'Tony Molinaro' Cc: a Sent: Mon, Jul 21, 2014 5:41 pm Subject: RE: Garage Door Isn't there some sort of guarantee? There is a good possibility that the residue is making the doors look dull. I'll have my painter take a look at them and price out what another coat of poly will be. From the looks of it, it will need another coat. Remember you coated it. Talk to the painter and get back to me. I told them if they want another coat of poly I'll talk to the painter. They used a harsh chemical to clean the doors that took the luster out of the stain.
