Thanks. The buyers signed an extension of the purchase contract so that as soon as
the title issue is cleared (I wait every day to hear) we can close and I can repay the
note. I was told today that this should happen next week but we extended the contract
by 30 days. If the note could be extended similarly, I'd appreciate it. I will reap upon the
closing.

Just wanted to get an update on the status of repayment of Mr. Epstein loan. I noticed that the original

We had a glitch because a release we needed for title insurance did not get here in time. My lawyer is
working on expediting it and we will close as soon a8 he gets it. I think I described this to Jeffrey last
week but I will make sure I update him today.
