emotion of property and the role it plays in a widows life. I might propose that the madam can use the
property for the two to three years during its renovation, I could work around her travel schedule with
mine. she would have full access to her house. I would stay at a hotel during the construction period this
way she has sold it , but still " owns" it.

I am aware of the history. It will take two to three years to complete. maybe a little more with the
proper finishing of garden. . probably 8-10million for completion. renovation, infrastructure ,
air con. electric intemet . irrigation. wells. security. etc. At a fair price I would be a buyer.. A
told you , I am not a fan of construction. however it could be a fun project. I am not sure of youror de
commissions to be paid by me or seller. ? either ok with me. however if you feel awkward in pointing

out its real value to owner , i can do it and be responsbile to pay commissions. I also need to udnerstand
taxes. transfer, etc.. labor rules..
