Plaintiffs request that the Court consider, along with its previously filed motion for an order directing the U.S. Attorney's Office not to withhold relevant evidence, a one-page letter from the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility to Plaintiffs' counsel. The Court will grant Plaintiffs' request and afford the letter whatever authoritative weight it deserves.
