Your Mechanic mentioned he removed the Clutch cover, there are still loose bolts that establish it has been worked on. There's no water time and little land use — The clutch should not be worn out? The machine is having the fluids replaced and get is started to evaluate why your mechanic was looking at the clutch! Along with a Battery — A few findings — Exhaust Muffler Rubber mount is broken in Half — The Muffler is loose connecting to exhaust pipe - seal is damaged RH side — Upper Sprocket seal/Cap is missing — Tire Hub cap is missing — Handle Bar assembly — Has been recalled — I sent that request in immediately — part are her to update the machine — No Charge to customer — The Air Intake Hose to Engine — was being squished flat — The hose is mounted in the wrong location — EFTA_R1_01120300 EFTA02289635  The Fuel Tank seal is Missing — rubber seal for fuel pump assy — If things go well the machine could be done by end of next week — If the clutch needs work add probably another week! This information will all be on a report — Before we repair we will be making contact for approval! I will inform you of the findings as we go now! Your Quadski was in line now 3'd in line to be worked in order as I have received the Machines. I have taken the Quadski off of the trailer and have it stored inside the shop — I believe we can get working on the machine about Wednesday/Thursday 5/23 — We will start with pulling off the Rear fender, rear top deck and mid top deck to perform an inspection of the Machine — Open up the Air intake Box to make sure it is clear or any debris ( Animal nest) Since it has been sitting — fuel, if there is any in the Tank will be removed — EFTA_R1_01120303 EFTA02289638  The fuel pump removed inspected and tested — We will be checking the PTU/Differential and Synchronizer oil condition and levels — The Electrical components will be activated using the Diagnostic software — Computer will activate each system — we will be able to see if the components are working properly — Along with checking the retraction motors and Steering sensors for Off throttle steering - Since the machine has been sitting for an extended amount of time — A detailed diagnostic is necessary — The process with fender removal and installation is about $600.00 A service — Oil, Spark plugs, Filter, Takes about 1 -Hr. = $342 Our shop Rate for Quadski repairs us $125 per hr.
