We just got back from Roatan, an island off Honduras, from a week's dive vacation and he got 20 scuba dives in. Now he wants to run a resort in an exotic location. I told him to get to work in a hotel with activity attached (Golf, gambling, conventions etc.) gain experience in all aspects of the industry and it is possible.
