in Europe in its heyday, and genteel Southern hospitality. Hand-picking and managing a team of
65 in this world-class resort, she set a new gold standard for both the hospitality and resort
industries.
Managing multiple properties for a Real Estate mogul in Virginia included training and
supervising a well trained staff to care for Heads of State, Foreign Dignitaries, business leaders
and other well-known visitors and guests. International protocol and diplomacy were key to
every event and project. Currently Ms Williams is a Professor of Hospitality Management at The
City University of New York and conducts International Etiquette and Protocol Classes at the
United Nations School in New York. She has repeatedly demonstrated her unequaled ability

RATE CARD
Flat Rate Consulting Fees:
Commercial Properties: $2,000.00 per day
Residential Properties: $1,750.00 per day
Site Visits:
2-4 day process to include site inspections, meeting with client and written document outlining
Recommendations/suggestions: $1,600.00 per day
Training of household staff:
On location up to 8 staff members: $2,000.00 per day
After 7 days a 5% per day discount is given and 10% discount for training in excess 21 days.
Monthly and quarterly rates are available based on the scale and complexity of the project.
Placement of Staff:
A 20% (of the annual salary) finders fee is charged for all full-time placements.
For clients wishing to recruit more than 2 staff members at any given time a 15% placement fee will be
charged.
General consultation on an ad hoc basis:
$400 per hour
General terms:
For all on site visits client will be responsible for the cost of flight, accommodation and expenses during
our visit. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days after which a revised estimate will be provided.
Payment terms:
All invoices are presented to client in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required on all projects. For your
convenience, FCW Hospitality and Private Residence Consulting Inc accepts the following forms of
payment: All major credit cards, bank certified checks and bank transfers.
