I made an error filing your declaration yesterday--I initially filed it without the exhibits. I then re-filed it with the
exhibits. The result is that there are two docket entries for your declaration in Times v. B013, 20-cv-833. Both are
attached here. I apologize for the mistake. If you think I should submit a letter to the Court explaining this, I'm
happy to do so, or please let me know if you'd like to discuss.
(I would have raised this last night but my remote log in locked out about 10 minutes after I filed everything,
and I just logged in again now.)
