COE is working on the public notice and agency coordinati=n letters. It will take about 4 months I am guessing. CZM was waiting on an easement which fi=ally was granted by VIWMA on one of the landings and now they are processi=g that permit. Its a minor permit because its a cable and we should =robably have that permit in about 90days. It has yet to be decided i= we have to go to government house and the senate for submerged land lease=, these are often exempt. On the docks, we are in process with COE and they have asked us to presen= the docks again at the September 6th meeting coming up on St. Thomas sinc= more of the reviewing agencies will be there than were there last time, a=d now we have the non-compliance lifted on the existing dock repair. =They are stipulating that the existing dock must come out as soon as we ha=e another operational dock. This will take 4 to 6 months. CZM is finally reviewing our application=and apparently when the lawyers submitted it again they did not give CZM a= application fee and they called yesterday about it and we carried it in.<=div> We should hear whether it= complete in the next 3 weeks and then if it is they will set a public hea=ing in the next 60 days.
