There are two more documents I have to pick up on Monday from the accountant who was away on vacation. I was planning on putting all these documents tog. to submit Monday evening. I went to the apt. again on Tuesday and tried out the kitchen appliances. I discovered that the dishwasher didn't work and i wasn't satisfied with the way the stove operated. so I said that I would have to replace them and they needed to take $10K off the price. The seller took $5K off on Thursday. I came back on Friday with a final offer $2500 less than that. So now I'm waiting. I would still like the apt. and I also need to get the contract signed by April 30th for the tax credit. I can't tell how you're feeling from your email. Are you ok with the letter?
