My name is Janine Habib and I will be managing Lelsie's portfolio while she is out on leave. It is a pleasure to meet
you.
You spoke with my colleague, Theodosia on Friday evening to book flights on Air France from JFK to Paris and
then on to Geneva.
Regarding the credit on Air France you would have liked to apply to your existing ticket, (a return portion from a
previous flight from Paris to JFK back in February - Ticket # 0577245969165). Applying the credit will actually cost
a whole lot more to reissue your ticket because it is changing the routing of the fare - Total of $20,496.87.
Compared to the cost of the fully refundable one way ticket you purchased for $8,275.70.
What we can try to do is to apply the credit for your return flight if you choose to travel on Air France.
