I regret to share that when our carpenters removed the bracing today on the exterior bath mirrors, both minors
fell. They were hung Sunday. The adhesive is supposed to stick immediately and is not supposed to require any
bracing. Bracing was added for precaution. I believe the cause is that the sun beats on those minors all day and
they are outside instead of in air conditioned space, rendering the adhesive unable to properly cure. Further, there
is a very tiny crack in the top right corner of one of the interior mirrors. This, too, will need to be replaced.
I ordered a replacement for the interior 1/16" smaller as they were very difficult to fit due to the uneven tile that
frames the space. This should remedy any pressure to the minor going forward. I also ordered the exterior
minors. The carpenters will prebuild a frame to hold the minors so that it can be fastened by both glue and with
screws.
