Update
dealer is having dinner tonight in Paris with the potential purchaser of the Hercules and I am speaking with him
tomorrow ,
We have two accepted offers at 320 east 82 working on getting them into contract. the purchaser of unit 4 is
working with a mortgage broker I referred to him and it looks like they should sign this week
The Maisonette unit which is hopefully being purchased by the Hungarian Society has an agreed to contract and
is waiting AG approval to sign it
My home mortgage , submitted all my applications to two lenders . Will know on closing date early this week.
Tax refund on Southampton property, my fathers accountant spoke to the IRS last week and they agreed on
some minor adjustments and when he asked when the check would go out " in 4-6 weeks" is what he was told
Hotel:
1. Sent out contract on the $48,000,000 offer with 30 day due diligence and 45 day closing with hard
deposit of $5,000,000 after the 30 day period
2. $53,500,000 offer we have a letter of intent that we are trying to convert into a contract , don't have
agreement of due dilligence
3. Have two offers for a new Preferred (a) From Hawkins Way $45,000,000 and a hope note for 20% equity
to existing stake holders , this does not work as Crescendo the existing Preferred is at $6,600,000 (b)
received this morning an offer for $12,000,000 at 16% from Henley Investment which has teamed up with
a new hotel group called Life House , I am working through the details of it
4. JLL has an additional offer to net lease the property by a SoftBank backed hospitality company that will
not have credit issues
