I hope all is well with you and that you are looking forward to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Is there any chance you would be able to conduct a FULL title examination relating to the attached P&S? I was not able to
find a back policy.
If there is any possibility of receiving the examination by end of day tomorrow, we would be grateful. We would need
PDFs of any and all easements, restrictions, covenants, plans, deeds, etc.
If you would be so kind as to send the title examination to me and Ted (cc'd here), we would appreciate it.
